Lovely 4-star experience. The owner upon arrival was helpful. Breakfast was great, the best we had in Scarborough.

bed was good, and overall the room met every demand. we liked everything at paragon including staff and food. we dined at north bay cafe, that is just 500 metres away. the personnel was always loyal.
